Solo.io is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to be the technical heartbeat of our most strategic customer relationships, owning their success as they build the next generation of AI and agentic platforms on Solo.io products. This is a senior post-sales role at the intersection of cloud-native infrastructure and AI workloads. Remote work is available in the United States.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a small portfolio of strategic accounts, developing deep knowledge of use cases, architectures, teams, and business goals.
Lead end-to-end technical issue resolution, collaborating with Support and Engineering on escalations and driving root-cause analyses. Provide hands-on troubleshooting where it accelerates resolution and strengthens customer trust.
Guide customers as they extend Solo.io products to support modern workloads, including AI and agentic use cases like LLM gateways, agent-to-agent communication, and securing model traffic at scale.
Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases and opportunities to deliver more value.
Advise on architectural best practices, performance tuning, and operational excellence in Solo.io deployments.
Design and deliver tailored training, workshops, and enablement materials to grow customer self-sufficiency.
Represent the customer inside Solo.io, translating needs into actionable feedback for Product Management and Engineering.
Collaborate with the account team (CSM, AE, SE) to identify technical risks, renewal health, and expansion opportunities.
