The role supports the Tactical Ground Equipment (TGE) Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) Base Operations Networks (BONES) program and involves developing and maintaining test plans, procedures, and test cases for assigned systems and subsystems, performing system, integration, and regression testing (manual and automated), and analyzing results to troubleshoot issues in collaboration with development, systems, and QA teams. The engineer will document test evidence for formal reviews and audits, contribute to requirements verification by tracing requirements to test cases, and develop and/or maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. Additional responsibilities include supporting test environment setup (hardware, software, tools, data, configurations) and driving continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and metrics. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with at least five years of experience (or a Master's degree with three years), active DoD Secret clearance, strong understanding of test engineering principles, experience with test case design techniques, and proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).
