This role sits at the nexus of the AI FinOps Platform, Core Services, Modern Commerce, and Data Engineering, requiring deep technical expertise and strong leadership. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-scale, low-latency services; delivering high-quality, maintainable code; leading architectural discussions; collaborating with multiple partner teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery; and driving project management in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of engineering experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent. Security screenings are required (Microsoft Cloud Background Check). Preferred qualifications include telemetry insights, modern licensing and payment systems, experience with C# and .Net, Spark, Python, data engineering and data modelling. The software engineering IC5 role offers a base pay range of USD 142,800 to 274,800 per year across the United States, with higher ranges in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
