You will own the product strategy and roadmaps for applications such as Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, HackerRank, and bespoke TA tools; partner with COEs, HR leadership, and program owners to translate business needs into clear requirements; drive cross-functional delivery through the full product lifecycle, from requirements and prioritization to testing and deployment; lead AI-enabled capabilities like talent intelligence, matching, and skills-based career pathing; champion Agile processes and oversee UAT, pilots, and broader rollouts; manage vendor partnerships and integrations and ensure data security and governance; define and track KPIs to inform product decisions.
