OKX is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Simple Trading to optimize and grow our European Simple Trading products across European retail markets. You will act as the product expert for European customers, identifying local needs, market differences, and growth opportunities, translating them into clear product improvements. The role focuses on mainstream retail users rather than advanced trading or derivatives, with success measured by local product adoption, activation, conversion, repeat investment, retention, and sustainable growth.

You will own European product optimization across key markets, including onboarding, fiat funding, first purchase, buy/sell/swap, portfolio management, savings and investments, and spending; adapt product journeys to local payment methods, customer behaviors, market practices, and regulatory requirements; and continuously improve onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and assets under management through feedback, funnel analysis, experimentation, and market data. You will simplify complex crypto concepts for first-time users, ensure a consistent experience across App and Web, and address local market differences.
