About the role

Inizio Engage, a strategic partner for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to support an expanding primary care portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of sales success or related experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Pharmaceutical experience is not required; what matters most is the ability to deliver results, build relationships, and adapt in a dynamic environment. The Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative will achieve sales and activity targets on assigned territories across primary care customers and will represent Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals through Inizio Engage.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of sales success or related experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Pharmaceutical experience is not required; what matters most is the ability to deliver results, build relationships, and adapt in a dynamic environment. The Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative will achieve sales and activity targets on assigned territories across primary care customers and will represent Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals through Inizio Engage.

What you’ll be doing: - Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians and other healthcare professionals. - Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with healthcare professionals (includes physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, MAs, etc.). - Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices. - Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company; complete administrative items daily. - Comply with all policies, including compliance and ethics requirements and trainings. - Manage time effectively with routing plans and daily/weekly call activities. - Demonstrate persistence toward achieving defined sales objectives. - Have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage in line with company guidelines; travel up to 20% of time and overnight travel as required. - Collaborate wi
