Acrisure is a global fintech company seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center in Grand Rapids, MI. The role manages a book of personal lines insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling, leveraging technology to enhance service. You will build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Education:

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
Active P&C license.
2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.
HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
