Job Summary: We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. This role will manage a book of personal insurance clients with a focus on renewals, policy servicing, retention, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You will build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support coverage strategy and solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities; support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery; promote adoption of digital tools and resources.
Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs; complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
