About the role

Penetration Tester WorkNest Secure is seeking a Penetration Tester to join our Offensive Security team. You will perform formal and comprehensive application and infrastructure penetration tests across a range of technologies, deliver results that identify security risks, and provide clear remediation actions. You will support pre-engagement activities such as scoping and proposal drafting to ensure client needs are met. You will manage and deliver penetration testing projects within strict deadlines and contribute to QA to ensure high-quality client reports.

Penetration Tester WorkNest Secure is seeking a Penetration Tester to join our Offensive Security team. You will perform formal and comprehensive application and infrastructure penetration tests across a range of technologies, deliver results that identify security risks, and provide clear remediation actions. You will support pre-engagement activities such as scoping and proposal drafting to ensure client needs are met. You will manage and deliver penetration testing projects within strict deadlines and contribute to QA to ensure high-quality client reports.

Responsibilities

Skills and experience:

Conduct formal and comprehensive application and infrastructure penetration testing across a variety of technologies and environments.
Produce clear, actionable reports in English with remediation guidance.
Perform vulnerability assessments and provide remediation actions.
Support client pre-engagement activities including scoping and proposals.
Manage penetration testing projects to meet deadlines.
Contribute to QA to ensure reports meet SLA requirements.
Perform other duties commensurate with the role.
Proven experience in application and infrastructure penetration testing.
Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, including Active Directory and wireless technologies.
Ability to conduct social engineering campaigns (phishing/vishing).
Strong understanding of OWASP, PTES, and other methodologies.
Knowledge of modern web app design and deployment across platforms.
Ability to program or script in your preferred language.
