As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding WOW! Customer Service experience in automotive retail. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will lead by example, contribute to store operations, and help AutoZone provide trusted automotive solutions. Responsibilities include leading and developing employees, maintaining clear communication with customers and staff, monitoring sales goals and inventory accuracy, following structured store procedures, managing inventory and cash handling, controlling shrink, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations, drive parts sales and inventory management, oversee returns processing and merchandising, enforce PPE and safety standards, assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs, and resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies. Qualifications: Leadership, integrity, decision-making abilities, and strong leadership skills. Full-time availability with a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous. Automotive retail experience. ASE Certification preferred.
