Pathways is seeking a Parent Educator Team Lead for an on-site role based in San Antonio, Texas, United States. The Lead works under the supervision of the Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor to support a strong home visiting team delivering Parents as Teachers (PAT) services. The position directly provides PAT home visiting as a Parent Educator and supervises up to three PAT staff who do not hold licensure beyond the Lead’s licensure. This role upholds Pathways’ mission, values, and home visiting policies. Responsibilities include cultivating PAT referrals locally through partnerships, marketing, and public speaking; delivering PAT home visiting services with fidelity and maintaining a compliant personal caseload; organizing monthly Group Connections and other community events; supervising staff weekly or biweekly with ongoing feedback on quality and performance; leading team meetings, monitoring caseload, and addressing no-shows or cancellations to mitigate barriers; reviewing and approving goals, documentation, and discharges; providing guidance for staff with below-average outcomes and coordinating disciplinary action with supervision when warranted; participating in monthly peer review and quality improvement activities to ensure fidelity; approving mileage and expenses; reporting incidents as required by policy; ensuring HIPAA compliance; supporting onboarding and standardized training through shadowing and mentoring; adhering to DoHHS and Texas State Board licensure requirements as applicable; building relationships with clients, caseworkers, families, and staff; r
