In this on-site role, you will lead sales efforts for hose, fittings, and related industrial products, building strategic customer relationships and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. You will develop and execute sales strategies, engage directly with clients, and provide exceptional service to help customers achieve their goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outside sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding targets. This position reports to the Salem branch manager and involves travel within the territory to meet with customers and participate in industry events. Responsibilities include managing a designated territory, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with Inside Sales and Field Support, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely order processing. You will deliver accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management, and actively participate in industry events to promote ARG Industrial. Anticipated salary is $75,000 to $95,000 per year (base plus commissions).
