We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will prospect, close multi-year service agreements, and build long-term relationships with business clients. Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads within the defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits; conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs; developing tailored proposals; maintaining and updating CRM with accurate client information; meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas; and collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, monthly car allowance and fuel card, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for career advancement into sales management or national accounts.
