About the role

Bob's Red Mill is seeking a National Foodservice Sales Manager to lead the strategic direction, commercial execution, and financial performance of the Foodservice business across the United States and Canada. This role owns the foodservice growth strategy, P&L, customer relationships, broker network, and the sales organization, expanding Bob’s market presence across both commercial and non-commercial channels. The position partners with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Customer Service to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and profitable results.

About the role

Bob's Red Mill is seeking a National Foodservice Sales Manager to lead the strategic direction, commercial execution, and financial performance of the Foodservice business across the United States and Canada. This role owns the foodservice growth strategy, P&L, customer relationships, broker network, and the sales organization, expanding Bob’s market presence across both commercial and non-commercial channels. The position partners with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Customer Service to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and profitable results.

Key responsibilities include setting the national customer strategy across foodservice distributors, operators, ingredient accounts, and strategic channel partners; managing relationships with key distributors and re-distributors, national accounts, contract feeders, and group purchasing organizations; leading negotiations with customers and brokers; driving promotional programs, category initiatives, and customer growth plans; representing Bob's Red Mill at industry conferences and customer meetings. The role also drives growth in non-commercial segments such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Business & Industry, Hospitality, and other contracted networks, leveraging GPOs and contract management.
