Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.
Conduct needs analyses, manage CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.
Drive digital revenue through Cumulus digital assets (including streaming, web, and social marketing services).
Develop effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations; negotiate and close deals.
Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through proactive engagement.
Deliver compelling presentations that align multimedia solutions with client goals.
Apply consultative selling techniques to maximize cross-channel opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
1-2 years of outside sales experience; media sales preferred.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
Proven success in media sales (broadcast and digital).
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, social, and mobile.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
