JerseySTEM is seeking a volunteer, pro-bono Program Instructors Mentoring Program Team Lead to oversee and support the program's instructors. In this role you will lead the development and implementation of the mentoring program, provide personalized mentoring, set objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes to improve effectiveness. You will collaborate with the team to integrate mentoring initiatives with other program activities, identify training needs, and develop resources to enhance instructors’ capabilities. Qualifications include prior mentoring or teaching experience in STEM, strong leadership and team management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and program management abilities. Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools for remote mentoring is preferred. This is a remote-only role based in the United States, and JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono and unpaid, with a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and a $100 refundable deposit returned after six months of active membership.
