The Specialist will process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications, perform primary source verification of education, licensure, board certification, work history, malpractice history, and other credentials, maintain up-to-date provider files, and coordinate enrollment packets with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. The position is full-time, in-office in Las Vegas, NV, with typical hours Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation ranges approximately $46,000–$60,000 per year, with final offers based on experience and NAMSS certification. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years' credentialing and/or payer enrollment experience, proficiency with CAQH/NPPES/PECOS, and knowledge of NCQA standards. NAMSS CPCS or CPMSM certification is preferred, along with experience with MedTrainer, CredentialStream, or Modio.
