The Sales Manager partners with corporate merchants to maximize category performance and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include developing a yearly category business plan, meeting or exceeding projected sales and profit targets, creating a detailed pricing strategy by category and zone, and designing promotional calendars to support merchandising strategy. You will also plan ads and displays, coordinate with stores and other departments, and serve as the primary vendor contact within the division.
