In this role you will act as the pivot between the client and the project team, leading requirements workshops, proposing implementation approaches aligned with product standards, and prototyping and modeling data in the customer data reference repository from a functional perspective. You will write detailed functional specifications or user stories, define testing strategies and execute tests, support clients during the user acceptance testing phase, and train users while assisting deployment. Requirements include a minimum of five years' experience as a business analyst, with at least three years in data governance and MDM using tools such as Semarchy xDM, Talend MDM, Informatica, Blueway, Tibco, or Microsoft SSIS/MDS/DQS. Experience in fixed-price missions with outcomes and some project leadership is desirable. You should be comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, able to challenge requirements, and capable of delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.
