Lead UI Developer (Angular) is responsible for the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale Angular applications. This role follows a hybrid work model with in-office presence three days per week at the St. Petersburg, Florida corporate office. Not eligible for visa sponsorship. You will drive front-end standards and reusable design patterns, own end-to-end delivery of UI features from concept to production, and collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and backend engineers to build scalable, high-performing solutions. You will mentor junior and senior developers, identify technical debt, and lead modernization initiatives to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance. Build reusable UI components and libraries, implement responsive, accessible interfaces, integrate with RESTful APIs, and develop Micro Frontend solutions where appropriate. Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, lazy loading, memory usage, and network efficiency, and participate in production support rotations. Drive CI/CD adoption and maintain automated tests and quality gates. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance quality and productivity.
