Job title: L1 IT Support – Italian & English

What you'll do: - Provide accurate IT solutions via telephone, email or chat. - After training, troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Office 365, Outlook, internet, and standard applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cegid, and client-specific apps); hardware issues as needed. - Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain high service levels. - Follow up on backlog; adhere to performance indicators; escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as required. - Collaborate with other teams to resolve problems quickly.

What we look for: - Fluent Italian and English (B2/C1). - Technical schooling is not mandatory; training will be provided. - Prior customer support experience is a plus. - Excellent customer service, active listening and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask. - Availability to work in shifts.
