About the role

At BIP Consulting, we partner with global businesses to transform challenges into growth opportunities through cutting-edge strategies and technology solutions. We are expanding our HR team in Milan, Italy, and are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying high-potential profiles.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and execution, and offer proposals
Maintain and update the internal candidate database
Produce and manage recruitment reports and dashboards
Participate in ad hoc HR and talent acquisition projects

Requirements
