In this role, you will assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, conduct initial interviews, maintain and update candidate databases, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. You will support the recruitment team with daily administrative tasks and help build strong relationships with clients and candidates, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software is a plus, and fluency in English is required (additional languages are advantageous).
