Overview We are seeking a Junior Functional Analyst / Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality digital banking solutions. In this role, you will begin by contributing to software quality assurance activities while progressively developing your functional analysis skills. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to validate business requirements, define acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business, functional, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project milestones - Prepare and manage test data based on business requirements - Execute manual test cases and validate application functionality - Report, track, and verify software defects through resolution - Collaborate with Development and Support teams to analyse and troubleshoot issues - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities - Create and refine acceptance criteria for user stories - Assist in writing functional specifications for development teams - Clarify business requirements and business rules with technical teams - Review and analyse business and functional requirements - Ensure delivered solutions comply with business and regulatory requirements - Analyse and support banking processes across multiple business domains
Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Functional Analysis, or a similar role - Experience performing manual testing for web and/or mobile applications - Experience prep
