Working closely with Digital Project Managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will coordinate activities, assist with reporting and communications, and help ensure delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly understood. You will develop an understanding of the customer journey through data, feedback, and research to identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, maintaining project plans, coordinating testing and launch activities, and supporting Agile delivery processes (sprint planning, ceremonies, backlog management, and project documentation). Qualifications include 1-2 years' experience in project coordination/PM/BA/digital delivery, or related roles; interest in digital products and customer experience; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile methods; and experience with websites/mobile apps/e-commerce is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is expected. This is an on-site role in Swords, Ireland.
