Role and responsibilities: The Junior Business Controller acts as a commercial partner and trusted advisor to the management team, driving active financial planning and control in collaboration with the operations management team. You will prepare variance analyses, budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses; provide ongoing reporting to management; create and update costing files; and be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. You will be the point of contact for auditors and contribute to tenders for new projects. Additionally, you will provide commercial support for events such as Open Airs in the Olympiapark, FC Bayern games at the Allianz Arena, and EHC München hockey games.

Qualifications: Ideally, you will have completed a degree or training in business/economics with a focus on Controlling or Finance, or equivalent further education; initial professional experience in controlling or a similar commercial role; experience in and interest in gastronomy. You should possess strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers, a high sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility, and excellent IT skills—especially MS Excel.
