The role reports to the Integration Manager and collaborates with the Integration Project Manager to support the development and enhancement of integration-related technologies across the organization. The analyst will gather, validate, and document requirements that enable successful EDI integrations and act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate operational needs into clear system configurations and development tasks. Responsibilities include partnering with RJW's EDI/Integration technology partners, documenting customer integration requirements, developing and configuring EDI/integration applications (internal and third-party), identifying new technologies, establishing best practices, driving process improvements, leading projects through the full development lifecycle (requirements, testing, UAT, SOP creation), and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The role operates in an Agile environment and requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Desired experience includes EDI transactions, SaaS procurement, EDI/API/SQL/ERP knowledge, and experience with Oracle, SQL, and Linux databases.
