Ocean Computer Group, a Lockstep Technology Group company, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growing technology sales organization in Matawan, New Jersey. This on-site role collaborates with Account Executives, customers, vendor partners, and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, create proposals and quotations, and drive revenue growth. You will engage with local vendor field representatives, research hardware and software solutions based on customer requirements, coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams, and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and returns. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of B2B experience selling or supporting technology solutions within a systems integrator, MSP, VAR, or manufacturer environment, with strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Knowledge of Dell Technologies, EMC, SonicWall, and Barracuda is a plus. Travel is limited (less than 5%), and the role requires a professional office setting with occasional lifting.
