AAA Northeast is seeking a remote Inside Sales Insurance Agent Trainee to join the team in Rhode Island. The role involves selling auto, homeowners, and other personal lines products to AAA members by phone and online. You will conduct outbound sales calls, provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes, and maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM. You will participate in paid training and licensing programs, respond to referrals, and ensure compliance with carrier underwriting and quoting procedures as well as agency policies. Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to minimize risk and ensure accuracy. You will also have opportunities to cross-sell AAA memberships and related services. Travel for training may be required (approximately 5%).
