Cosmoprof Sales Associate – Inside Sales
We are seeking a customer-focused salesperson to deliver a memorable shopping experience in our Cosmoprof store. You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, recommend and promote products, set up displays, and help customers across hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. You will enroll customers in the Loyalty program, process transactions accurately, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory needs. You will also embody Cosmoprof culture values and support a range of flexible schedules.

High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+; 1+ years of retail sales or customer service preferred; ability to communicate clearly with customers and team; apply product knowledge; read and explain product labels; follow directions and perform other duties as assigned. Physical/working conditions: ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (may involve ladders), potential exposure to fumes or irritants; standing for long periods; frequent bending, crouching, stooping, reaching; working around moving carts/ machines.
