Proman Staffing is seeking an On-site In-House Temporary Recruiter to support recruitment operations at a Wilson County, Tennessee location. The recruiter will assist walk-in applicants with completing job applications and related documents, conduct group orientations prior to placement, and manage daily client communications including arrivals and dispatch tasks while processing weekly payroll. Responsibilities include providing customer service at kiosks and the front desk; ensuring 100% accuracy of applications, I-9 forms, medical questionnaires, W-4 forms, and other employment documents; inputting payroll accurately and on time; conducting pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed; screening candidates and evaluating job skills to achieve high fill rates and customer satisfaction; facilitating employee orientation and client-specific testing; communicating job requirements clearly to employees; maintaining effective relationships with Proman Staffing clients and resolving issues according to the Service Escalation Chart; ensuring accuracy and currency of assignment information in Avionte ATS; visiting client sites to understand operations and align expectations with jobs; counseling and coaching employees and taking disciplinary action when necessary; promoting a team environment and coordinating staffing coverage to minimize overtime; assisting in procedures and policy improvements; cross-training with other functional areas for backup; and performing other duties as assigned.
