Primark is recruiting for a permanent, full-time HR Generalist – People & Culture Administrator to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Italy. The on-site role is based in Campi Bisenzio, Tuscany. You will report to the Store P&C Business Partner and progressively take ownership of HR processes at a store with 100+ colleagues. Key responsibilities include: Administration – entering attendance, shift changes, sick leave, holidays, and payroll slips; Organisation – understanding scheduling logic, supporting Managers to create rosters aligned with business needs, and managing holiday plans; Recruitment – posting ads, CV screening, and conducting interviews for Sales Assistants; Training – facilitating new hire onboarding and development plans; Safety – coordinating mandatory safety training, reporting, PPE, and emergency plans. Qualifications: Experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist in structured companies; positive, energetic, collaborative, problem-solving mindset; strong People skills and empathy; planning and organizational abilities; accuracy and attention to detail; good IT and Office Suite skills; full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday; willingness to relocate nationwide with a preference for either Northern or Central/Southern Italy.
