The HR Generalist/Business Partner III is a strategic partner to the business, leaders, and employees, overseeing all aspects of human resources such as employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, training and development, policy creation and maintenance, HRIS, retention, and employee morale. The role develops policies aligned with business needs, ensures compliance with federal and state laws, and serves as a mentor within the HR team. Major duties include: partnering with leadership and employees to create, drive, and implement HR strategies including development, engagement, and performance management; acting as the point of contact for employee relations by creating and enforcing HR policies; training people leaders on handling difficult employee relations while ensuring fairness; creating and delivering resources for questions on employment, benefits, leaves of absence, training, and development; evaluating and recommending programs to improve engagement, development and retention; supporting and implementing engagement initiatives; partnering with HR and other departments to ensure effective benefits and wellness programs; collaborating with departments on projects and gaining buy-in f
