We are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented HR Generalist who wants to support people, managers and the organization while helping us build for the future. You will work close to the business, take ownership of operational HR and Talent Acquisition, and create practical structures that make a real difference.

Your main responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including active search and selection - Support managers in recruitment and employee-related matters - Represent the employer in dialogue and negotiations with trade unions - Build talent pipelines and strengthen the candidate experience - Provide daily HR support to managers and employees - Develop practical HR processes and digital ways of working - Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR administration and documentation - Support the work environment and employee development processes - Coordinate international HR and Employer of Record arrangements - Use systems, data and AI to improve HR efficiency and quality
