The HR Generalist will partner with distribution center teams to provide full cycle HR support, drive process improvements, mitigate business risk, and advise on employee relations and compliance. You will partner with leaders to identify top talent and help drive business success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Essential Responsibilities: - Hands-on HR support and monitoring of the employee pulse to maintain high engagement. - Manage employee relations, develop team members, and collaborate with managers as needed. - Coach and mentor supervisory staff. - Interview candidates, partner with hiring managers, and communicate interview outcomes to candidates. - Complete onboarding, ensure employment and benefits documentation, participate in new-hire orientation, administer background checks, and drug testing as requested. - Understand business goals and recommend policies and procedures to improve objectives, processes and technology. - Assist employees with benefits questions and coordinate with the Benefits Coordinator. - Conduct internal investigations and collaborate with HR Manager on applicable situations. - Support company-wide events and programs (Annual Awards Banquet, Holiday Party, Multi-Cultural Day). - Provide backup to other HR staff a
