The HR Generalist will work closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to provide guidance on HR policies, manage employee relations matters, support recruitment and training activities, and help drive operational excellence while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities include executing and monitoring HR processes (hiring, transfers, changes, terminations, and incidents), managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, responding to inquiries, escalating complex issues, assisting with investigations and disciplinary processes, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting training initiatives, and partnering with HR and business leaders on projects and continuous improvement. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, experience with ADP systems, and strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and experience supporting employee relations initiatives and HR operations in manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated environments.
