HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Environment

Salary

from €1,930 gross per month; final salary depends on experience. Description: Become a trusted partner to production and functional managers, helping them achieve business targets through effective people management. You will support workforce planning, organizational changes, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching. Working closely with HR experts and operational teams, you will translate business needs into practical HR solutions, drive key HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies. We are looking for a proactive, business-minded HR professional who enjoys solving challenges, building strong relationships, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
