About the role

QuinStreet is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the B2C growth strategy for HomeBuddy, QuinStreet's consumer brand in the Home Services vertical. HomeBuddy connects homeowners with contractors and competes on the quality of the match—exclusive, high-intent homeowner demand and long-term contractor partnerships—rather than on raw lead volume. You will own the data-driven growth strategy for the HomeBuddy consumer platform, sitting at the center of product, data, and business teams to drive experimentation and improve acquisition, activation, and monetization. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role for an individual who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives on solving ambiguous, high-impact problems independently.

Responsibilities

Design and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with business goals; run A/B tests; perform funnel, user behavior, and market trend analyses; partner with the data team to build measurement frameworks and validate features through data; lead user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to inform product improvements; guide solution discovery with engineering, manage feasibility and non-technical risks, and ensure successful delivery from discovery to launch; communicate with stakeholders across product, business, development, data, and marketing; support the engineering team and foster a culture of experimentation.
