Group Accountant at OMMAX is responsible for consolidation and the preparation of the group’s consolidated financial statements, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors. You will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under HGB (and IFRS where applicable) for the entire group, and administer DATEV entities across the OMMAX Group. You will take overall responsibility for tax, accounting, and compliance, and support our international subsidiaries (UK, Italy, Netherlands) in all finance and accounting matters to ensure processes are audit-ready, tax-compliant, and efficient. You will design and implement transfer pricing structures and intercompany reconciliations, and act as the primary contact for accounting matters at both national and international levels in collaboration with external experts. You will strive to optimize the international tax structure and continuously digitalize financial processes (automation and enhanced reporting).
