Role overview: We are hiring a Graphic Designer & Motion Designer – Acquisition & Creative Performance on a permanent contract (CDI), starting in September 2026. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Social Media, you will contribute to Skill & You's growth by designing creative content that drives acquisition campaigns and reinforces our brand. You will work closely with Acquisition (SEA, Social Ads, CRM), Communications and Marketing teams in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: 1) Create high-performing content for acquisition (about 50%), designing advertising creatives (visuals, animations and videos) for Meta, Google Ads, Performance Max, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn; quickly adapt campaigns to feed creative tests and optimize performance; design landing pages; evolve creatives based on results and propose new formats. 2) Structure and optimize creative production (about 20%): create reusable templates and models; organize graphic libraries and resources (Canva, Figma); implement workflows and AI-enabled tools to speed up production. 3) Contribute to communications and marketing projects (about 30%): produce graphics and videos for social media and CRM campaigns; create marketing and sales c
