Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced restaurant leader who believes in treating guests with first-class service and exceptional hospitality. Candidates with flexibility to work at our San Francisco locations as well as our San Mateo location are encouraged to apply.

Reports to: General Manager

Schedule: Full-time, hourly, 40 hours per week, plus approximately 7.5 hours of scheduled overtime. Overtime will vary; there is no guarantee of hours and overtime rates are included in the pay scale.

Responsibilities

Compensa

Effectively manage Pacific Catch, Inc. restaurant and team members according to company policies.
Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to all FOH staff during shifts.
Ensure fast, accurate service with positive and polite guest interaction.
Be the face of Pacific Catch, introducing the food and helping guests navigate ordering, ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly.
Conduct inventory and cash control procedures.
Ensure staff stations, service areas, dining room, outdoor seating, and tables are prepared for the shift; maintain cleanliness.
Handle guest complaints with professional and sincere attention.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational, administrative, and HR-related duties.
