We specialize in turnkey flooring solutions for national and regional homebuilders, single-family rental properties, and multi-family property management companies. We are seeking a Flooring Field Project Manager to coordinate flooring installation projects, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain high installation quality. The role requires daily travel to customer sites and on-site issue resolution, with extended drive times expected. You will serve as the primary contact for customers and supervise installation teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include overseeing installations, ensuring schedule adherence, communicating with customers, addressing on-site challenges such as material delays or installation issues, conducting virtual service appointments to resolve complaints and perform inspections, and maintaining project records.

Qualifications: Experience in flooring installation and customer service required; residential and commercial experience preferred. Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and various software applications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 65 lbs and perform physical tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel to sites. Travel requirements include commuting to Louisville, KY, and other project sites.
