About the role

Lactalis U.S. Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family, is seeking a Fixed Assets and Capex Controller based in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The Fixed Assets and Capex Controller is responsible for the financial governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and accounting of capital investments and fixed assets across the US Yogurt organization. This role serves as the primary finance business partner for Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams throughout the lifecycle of capital projects, from initial financial justification and approval through project completion, capitalization, and depreciation.

Lactalis U.S. Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family, is seeking a Fixed Assets and Capex Controller based in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The Fixed Assets and Capex Controller is responsible for the financial governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and accounting of capital investments and fixed assets across the US Yogurt organization. This role serves as the primary finance business partner for Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams throughout the lifecycle of capital projects, from initial financial justification and approval through project completion, capitalization, and depreciation.

The position leads the company's fixed asset accounting processes, oversees capital expenditure reporting and forecasting, supports annual budget development, and ensures compliance with internal controls and corporate investment policies. The Controller provides critical financial analysis, visibility, and decision support to maximize the effectiveness of capital investments while maintaining accurate financial records. The role provides day-to-day leadership and supervision for the Fixed Assets and Capex Specialist, and may coordinate limited additional support as business needs evolve.

Key responsibilities include: - Capital Investment Planning & Governance: Act as the finance lead for CAPEX activities across US Yogurt operations; coordinate annual CAPEX budget preparation and forecasts; support development, review, and financial validation of CAPEX requests; ensure compliance with investment policies; maintain visibility of project approvals and funding status; coll
