Based in Stockholm, Sweden, this on-site Financial Controller role sits within a fast-growing group, reporting to Group Finance and working closely with the Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist and Head of Accounting to ensure high-quality reporting, processes, and systems. Your responsibilities include ensuring the quality of accounting and reporting data across all group subsidiaries, coordinating month-end closes with subsidiaries and analyzing the parent company's close, contributing to ERP and reporting system development, supporting month-end closing and group reporting, identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and drive internal controls, participating in integration projects and establishing consistent ways of working, and acting as a key finance contact for the business. You will contribute to developing reporting structures and governance within Finance and drive internal control processes. The ideal candidate has several years' experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Controller, or Group Financial Controller in a fast-paced acquisition environment, with experience in an international group, strong systems understanding, and a passion for process development. Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written) is required; experience with NetSuite, fintech, or other regulated financial businesses is a plus.
