Overview: Hilton is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all hotel financial operations and provide strategic financial leadership to drive profitability and asset integrity. You will partner with hotel leadership to ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and compliance with GAAP.

Drive financial strategy by overseeing all financial operations and aligning with the hotel's strategic goals.
Direct financial planning and analysis, including annual plans, projections, and budgets, delivering insights to support business decisions.
Advise hotel leadership, ownership, and department heads with data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance.
Ensure financial compliance under GAAP and safeguard assets through robust financial controls.
Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
Monitor and authorize financial transactions including sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility.
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, development, and recognition.
Experience and alignment with Hilton values: integrity, leadership, teamwork, accountability, and urgency.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with hospitality finance experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
