Holladay is seeking a Finance Manager for the Development and Investment Real Estate team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support real estate development projects and investment decisions. You will work closely with acquisition, development, and asset management teams to identify, evaluate, and execute profitable opportunities. Core duties include conducting market research on real estate trends and property values, analyzing demographic data and local regulations, preparing detailed market condition reports, developing and maintaining complex financial models, performing scenario analyses, and creating cash flow projections with metrics such as IRR, NPV, and ROI. You will coordinate with external advisors during due diligence, assess investment opportunities across property types, and prepare proposals for senior management. You will also support development feasibility, cost estimates, timelines, and capital planning, and maintain a project pipeline. Additional duties include preparing clear reports and presenting findings to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting key initiatives with the Chief Development Officer. The ideal candidate has an MBA or Bachelor's in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field; 3–5 years of real estate analysis, development, or investment experience; strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
