AutoNation is seeking a Finance Manager for its Roseville Honda location to guide customers through financing options and secure lender approvals in a no-haggle sales environment. The Finance Manager determines customer financing needs, presents financing and insurance products, submits deals to lenders, and bridges gaps in the sales process while ensuring 100% compliance with state and federal laws. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, transitioning them from Sales to Finance during the vehicle purchase, developing relationships, presenting a transparent financing menu, processing transactions, following up to ensure satisfaction, and achieving targeted sales goals. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable using technology. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior sales experience is preferred but not required. This position pays min wage plus commission (approximately $8-14k per month).
