The Finance Manager will oversee the dealership's finance and administrative functions, ensuring accurate handling of all financial and state documents and supporting the sales team with appropriate financing options. This role plays a vital part in the dealership's growth by meeting and exceeding finance and F&I targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Essential duties include: meeting dealership sales and F&I goals; maintaining high customer satisfaction scores; explaining features, advantages, and protections to customers; processing loan, titling, and related documents in compliance with government agencies; maintaining lender relationships; clearly communicating all aspects of a customer’s purchase to ensure 100% satisfaction; ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance; collaborating with the sales department to ensure all new sales are routed through the finance office; prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines; understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations impacting the vehicle finance department; and performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: strong organizational and verbal communication skills; a proven track record of CSI and profitability; adherence to company policies and procedures; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of dealership experience.

Physical requirements and work environment: primarily office-based with routine sittin
