About the role

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a Finance Manager for one of its brands based in Dubai. This role acts as the key finance partner, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and commercial insight to support day-to-day trading decisions. The role is highly operational and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with finance, operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability. The Finance Manager will also lead the setup and governance of a new strategic project, ensuring scalability and control from launch.

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a Finance Manager for one of its brands based in Dubai. This role acts as the key finance partner, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and commercial insight to support day-to-day trading decisions. The role is highly operational and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with finance, operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability. The Finance Manager will also lead the setup and governance of a new strategic project, ensuring scalability and control from launch.

Responsibilities include: - Acting as the primary business finance partner for the brand, delivering financial control, accurate reporting and commercial insight for daily operations. - Partnering with Planning, Retail, General Management and Ecommerce teams to support decision-making and drive performance. - Managing financial reporting (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analyses) across sales, margin and inventory. - Monitoring profitability across the liquidation business and maintaining tight control of costs, pricing and stock efficiency. - Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes aligned with commercial plans and trading performance. - Providing financial input into operational and trading decisions to enable data-led decisions across channels. - Supporting end-to-end setup and governance of a new strategic project, ensuring scalability and governance from launch. - Identifying risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions. - Improving and streamlining financial processes
