AutoNation Mazda Carlsbad is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide the credit and financing process for vehicle buyers at our Carlsbad, California location. This on-site role involves evaluating credit applications, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and tailoring finance and insurance products to meet customers’ needs while bridging gaps between Sales and Finance. You will welcome customers, transition them from Sales to Finance during the vehicle purchase, present a transparent financing menu, ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills; prior sales experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
